Which machine do I need?
It depends on your parts. Cutting tools & molds → ZY-600 tool coating. Watches, jewelry, faucets, phone/3C in color → ZY-1900 decorative. Low-friction, ultra-hard DLC on engine/medical/mold parts → ZY-800. Send us your workpiece and we'll recommend the exact model and chamber size.
Do you support OEM and custom chamber sizes?
Yes. Beyond standard models we build custom chambers, source configurations and complete coating recipes for tools, decorative parts and DLC. We also deliver turnkey shops and automated in-line production lines.
Can you develop the coating recipe and color for my product?
Yes. We develop recipes on demand — TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, CrN, TiSiN, AlCrN, DLC and 15+ decorative IP colors matched to LAB reference values, tuned to your substrate and operating temperature.
What about installation, training and after-sales?
We provide installation guidance, recipe commissioning and operator training (on-site or online), plus ongoing technical support. A Singapore presence helps us support international customers.
How is the machine packed and shipped?
Machines are tested before dispatch and crated in export-grade, fumigation-free packaging for sea freight. We support major Incoterms and worldwide delivery.

PVD gives a much harder, better-adhering, corrosion-resistant film with a premium metallic finish — and it's a clean, dry process with no heavy-metal wastewater. That's why premium tools, watches, faucets and 3C parts have shifted to PVD.
